Nel complesso, un safari soddisfacente. Possibilità di vedere scimmie, babbuini, leoni, zebre, antilopi, giraffe, bufali, elefanti, facoceri e gnu.

We are very pleased you enjoyed the wildlife experience and were able to see such an impressive variety of animals up close. We are also delighted to hear your comments about Felix. We are, however, genuinely sorry that some parts of the day did not meet the standard you expected, particularly your return flight. We completely understand how uncomfortable an extremely hot cabin can be, especially after spending a full day on safari. Enduring those conditions for the entire flight back to Zanzibar would understandably affect the overall experience, and we are sorry this was part of your journey with us.
Although our aviation partner operates the flight, your experience from departure to return is important to us. We will therefore raise your comments about the cabin conditions, as well as the airport and boarding process, directly with the relevant team for proper review.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lunch environment and bathroom facilities. These details matter, and your comments help us identify where we can improve the overall experience.

Per la partenza, abbiamo un appuntamento alle 4:00 con l'autista alla reception del nostro hotel per il safari.
Per fare bene, siamo arrivati alle 3:45.
Alle 4:20 ancora nessun autista, ho telefonato 5 volte al responsabile dell'escursione (Hola Africa) e nessuno ha risposto.
Ho chiesto alla reception di contattarli e stranamente hanno risposto dopo la seconda volta.
Hola Africa ha risposto che l'autista si era sbagliato di hotel e si era scusato per questo errore.
Il problema è che abbiamo 1h30 di viaggio e siamo arrivati 2 minuti prima della fine dell'imbarco.
Potete immaginare il nostro stress!
Fortunatamente abbiamo trascorso una giornata molto bella con la guida e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vedere tutti gli animali.
Il nostro volo di ritorno era programmato per le 14:45. Siamo decollati in orario e siamo atterrati verso le 15:45.
Tutti gli altri clienti hanno visto i loro autisti con i loro nomi sui cartelli.
Noi, come per la partenza, non abbiamo visto il nostro autista.
Chiamo Hola Africa per dire che il nostro autista non è all'appuntamento.
20 minuti dopo, l'autista è arrivato all'aeroporto per 1h30 di viaggio.
Da evitare!!!!
Questi professionisti non sono all'altezza delle loro prestazioni.

First, I would like to sincerely apologize for the stress and inconvenience caused by the transfer arrangements on the day of your safari.
After reviewing what happened, we found that there was a mix-up regarding the pickup location following a hotel change before your tour. Unfortunately, the similarity between the hotel names caused our driver to go to the wrong property. Although we managed to get you to the airport in time for your flight, we fully understand how stressful it must have been to arrive so close to boarding time.
Regarding the return transfer, your flight arrived back in Zanzibar considerably earlier than usual that day due to an operational schedule adjustment. As a result, there was a delay in coordinating the airport pickup vehicle. While the wait was relatively short, we recognize that after the experience in the morning, this understandably added to your frustration.
Most importantly, we do not consider either situation acceptable. Regardless of the reasons behind them, this is not the standard of service that we aim to deliver.
What makes your comments especially disappointing for us is that they relate to logistics rather than the safari itself. We are pleased that you enjoyed your day in Mikumi, had a successful game drive, and were able to see the wildlife you came to experience. However, we know that a great safari should be matched by smooth and reliable service from beginning to end.
We have already reviewed this incident with our operations team and strengthened our transfer verification procedures to help prevent similar situations in the future.
Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention. Feedback such as yours helps us improve, and we genuinely regret that parts of your experience fell below both your expectations and our own standards.

Esperienza stupenda

Nonostante il nostro volo interno fosse stato cancellato per problemi tecnici il tour operator è stato pronto a trovare una soluzione. Arrivati al parco Mikumi abbiamo incontrato Felix la nostra guida, veramente capace, una persona in gamba e che è riuscito a farci vedere quasi tutti gli animali presenti e di ognuno a raccontare le peculiarità. Ottima esperienza! Veramente consigliata, soldi ben spesi!! Abbiamo visto cose indimenticabili, davvero. E un grazie enorme a Felix!!
