Probabilmente sarebbe stata una bella esperienza, tuttavia abbiamo dovuto cancellare a causa di problemi legati al meteo.
Il viaggio è stato prenotato un giorno prima, ma ci sono stati molti cambiamenti di orario, possibili condizioni meteorologiche avverse, numero di persone nel gruppo, ecc., fino al momento dell'avventura. Ci sono voluti circa 30 minuti per arrivare al punto di raccolta successivo e poi altri 30 minuti per arrivare alla barca. Poi sono arrivate le possibilità di maltempo, quindi un'ora e mezza e siamo rimasti nel furgone a sudare.
Tuttavia, l'equipaggio è stato gentile e premuroso. Non è stata colpa loro, ci hanno riaccompagnato alla nostra villa e il pagamento è stato rimborsato. Ma è stato sprecato tempo prezioso, specialmente in un viaggio breve.
Il mio consiglio: assicuratevi delle condizioni meteorologiche prima di prenotare.

First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your trip.
We would also like to provide some context regarding the changes that took place that day. During this period, there have been a number of changes and additional requirements from the local port authorities regarding boat operations. As an operator, we are required to strictly follow these regulations to ensure that every departure complies with the applicable safety requirements. This meant that, depending on the boat and the conditions at the time, we sometimes had to adjust the number of guests and make operational changes at very short notice.
We also sincerely apologize for the additional procedures and waiting time at the port. This was an unexpected situation that was beyond our control and unfortunately resulted in a later departure than originally planned. We fully understand that, especially when you are on a short trip, spending this much time waiting can be frustrating and means valuable vacation time is lost.
That said, we would like to clarify that the sea conditions at that particular time were still considered safe for departure, and the other guests who proceeded with the tour were able to complete their experience.
We are very sorry that you ultimately had to cancel your trip, and we appreciate your understanding that the circumstances were related to the operational requirements at the port rather than the crew's willingness or service. As you mentioned, our crew were happy to assist you, arrange your transportation back to your villa, and ensure that your payment was fully refunded.
We were therefore also quite disappointed to receive a 1-star review, particularly as your booking was fully refunded. We completely respect your personal experience and feedback, but we are concerned that the review may affect other guests' decisions and our reputation, especially when some of the circumstances described were caused by temporary port regulations and procedures rather than the actual tour experience.
Once again, we hope you understand this matter and if there's any chance when you're back, we'll accompany with you in the better conditions.

Se potessi dare loro 100 stelle, lo farei. È stata davvero un'esperienza così bella. Kai (1 e 2 lol) e Colin sono stati guide superbe e hanno reso il viaggio memorabile.
Portarci alla prima spiaggia per esercitarci con l'attrezzatura è stato davvero utile perché ti aiuta a rimanere calmo quando entri in acque più profonde. I punti per lo snorkeling erano davvero privi di altri e i coralli erano magnifici! ! ! ! ! !
Il prelievo e il rilascio sono stati così facili. Super senza problemi! Non posso raccomandarli abbastanza, PER FAVORE prenota con loro se vai a Phu Quoc! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Non posso raccomandare questo viaggio abbastanza. E' stato fantastico.
Vedrete un sacco di recensioni ai in questi tour, ma come qualcuno che salta dritto alle recensioni negative spero che si prende il tempo di leggere questo.
Sono stato in innumerevoli escursioni per lo snorkeling e questo è stato memorabile.
Piccolo gruppo, 10 di noi, ci è venuto a prendere dal nostro hotel e grande comunicazione che avevano eseguito qualche minuto di ritardo e aveva tonnellate di informazioni da darci in anticipo su cosa portare, indossare, mangiare ecc
Super organizzati e come 3 essere provare stupidi ragazzi che viaggiano le loro istruzioni in inglese completo erano così chiari e per quante persone vietnamite ho provato a parlare in inglese questi ragazzi hanno davvero praticato.
Non solo, ma quando siamo saliti sull'autobus stavano facendo battute super divertenti ed erano così amichevoli e semplicemente facile essere in giro invece di stressati e affrettati.
Erano così educati con noi giovani signore e ci stavano aiutando ovunque andiamo (erano abbastanza goffi come gruppo)
Siamo arrivati alla barca su cui ci hanno aiutato ci ha dato giubbotti di salvataggio e istruzioni così attente il loro dettaglio sulla sicurezza era così buono.
Sono una grande ragazza animale e della fauna selvatica, quindi il modo in cui sono stati così gentili nel proteggere le barriere coralline e assicurarsi che tutti sapessero nuotare correttamente per evitare di danneggiare la barriera corallina e la fauna selvatica è stato incredibile. Hanno fatto una mini lezione di nuoto snorkeling prima della nostra prima tappa in una spiaggia poco profonda di cui molti viaggiatori avevano sicuramente bisogno.
Quando siamo arrivati alle barriere coralline invece di essere in enormi gruppi dove è un libero per tutti ci hanno diviso in gruppi più piccoli e hanno avuto una guida rimanere in acqua vicino a noi e ci portano in buone zone. Posti tranquilli dove non c'erano grandi folle in loco come molti di questi altri tour sono valutati male.
Davvero un gruppo così dolce di ragazzi che lo gestiscono e sembrano tutti così amici intimi è stato davvero carino.
Così come le barriere coralline che ci hanno portato erano appartate, splendide e così tanti pesci.
Si può scegliere di indossare un giubbotto di salvataggio o meno ma vi consiglio di indossarlo in modo da non stancarvi di nuotare. Portano anche tonnellate di bottiglie d'acqua per averne quante ne vuoi!
Quando siamo arrivati sull'isola per mangiare e riposare alla fine la frutta era super fresco e un sacco di bevande tra cui scegliere, così che offrono 1 gratis incluso.
Grazie mille ragazzi per un bel viaggio che vorremmo prenotare di nuovo al 100 %. Se siete alla ricerca di gruppi più piccoli, ancora tanto divertimento e tanto pesce questo è quello che fa per voi. Amore da Leilani, Melisa e Charli ❤️❤️
