Veldig godt balansert og informativ tur.
Vår guide var grundig kunnskapsrik og ga et utmerket nivå av informasjon om gammel og nylig historie, viktige hendelser og regjeringshandlinger for å gjenoppbygge lokalsamfunn etter de alvorlige brannene i 2025.
Flott stopp for lunsj.

Fantastisk dag ute, fantastisk verdi for pengene. Angela hadde mye interessant informasjon om Cypres historie, i tillegg til noen nyere fakta og data. Vakre par av tradisjonelle landsbyer i fjellet (som vi kanskje kommer tilbake til). Sammen med et besøk til Afrodites klippe, fossefall og vinproduksjon. Hentingene og dagen var i tide.

Skuffelse at vi ikke fikk den annonserte tiden i Omodos

Minibussen som ble tilbudt, virket mekanisk uegnet for formålet. Det var veldig sakte og slet med å komme seg oppover i åsene. Lagde også mange urovekkende skrik!
Selv om turen på Viator ga ulike tider for stoppet, ble disse ikke fulgt under turen, og i stedet for å få 2 timer i Omodos til lunsj og utforskning, pluss en ekstra 40 minutter til å besøke klosteret; hadde vi bare 1 time og 45 minutter til å gjøre alt – noe som effektivt førte til at vi mistet en time og betyr at vi ikke fikk muligheten til å se alt vi hadde ønsket. Vi fikk beskjed av turguiden om at de aldri tillater 2 timer og 40 minutter fordi sjåførene har en maksimal kjøretid de kan kjøre på én dag.
Vannfalla er pene, men ikke spektakulære, og jeg ville ikke brydd meg om å dra dit igjen.
Både Lofou og Omodos landsbyer er nydelige. Aphrodites Rock er et fint strandområde og en god fotomulighet.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to feel rushed and unable to visit all the places you had planned to see.
Please note that tour schedules are approximated depending on the tour day and timings at other stops and can be adjusted due to ro, group timings. While the itinerary timings listed are intended as a guide, they cannot always be guaranteed exactly as stated. Nevertheless, we appreciate that the reduced time affected your overall enjoyment of the trip.
Regarding the vehicle, we take concerns about passenger comfort and safety seriously. Your comments regarding its speed and unusual noises have been noted and will be passed on to the relevant transport provider for review.

REISEN SOM ALDRI SKJDET.

Vi bestilte denne turen gjennom hotellets resepsjon og betalte en depositum for den. Vi fikk 08 : 15 som vår hentetid fra veien foran Queen's Bay. Vi var der tidligere og ventet, sammen med flere andre mennesker, som alle ble hentet av sine egne turoperatører. Etter å ha ventet i over en halvtime i den sterke solen uten ly eller sitteplasser, ringte jeg ConstructTOURS for å spørre om forsinkelsen. Jeg snakket med Aris, som først fortalte meg at vi ikke hadde gjort en bestilling, før han fant den i systemet deres. Han kunngjorde at bussen hadde gått, og la til … . «vi er mennesker og slike ting skjer.» Han sa han kunne få oss på morgendagens buss, og selv om jeg forklarte at vi skulle dra dagen etter, insisterte han på å gjenta at vi kunne dra dagen etter.
Vi returnerte til hotellet og tok opp saken med resepsjonisten på vakt. Hun var også veldig lei seg. Jeg ba henne ringe ConstructTOURS, noe hun gjorde. Hun ga raskt telefonen til meg, og der var Aris igjen. Denne gang tilbød de å sende oss til Blue Lagoon, et tilbud vi avslo.
Min store feil var at jeg ikke leste de negative anmeldelsene fra andre TripAdvisers. Jeg lurer på hvorfor Queen's Bay mener det er passende å assosiere seg med et slikt svindel-selskap. Hvis du fortsatt bestemmer deg for å bestille hos dem – og du har alternativer – vær forberedt på å bli skuffet. Vi var ikke de eneste.

We have a 100% passenger review status and are one of the 10% top companies in the WORLD on this booking platform, which we believe, that alone speaks for itself.
However, we feel a response is necessary out of courtesy for any other passengers reading this inaccurate review. Therefore following a through review of our booking and collection records, we cannot agree with the characterisation that the tour was missed due to negligence on our part. Pick-up arrangements are coordinated according to the details provided at the time of booking, and our drivers operate on a fixed schedule to ensure all guests are collected and the tour can proceed on time.
Our representative attempted to offer alternative arrangements, including availability on the following day and an alternative excursion, in an effort to assist. Unfortunately, as these options were not suitable due to your departure plans, we were unable to provide a replacement tour on the same day.
We regret the inconvenience caused, but we respectfully decline responsibility for the circumstances described. We remain committed to providing professional service and assisting guests wherever possible when unforeseen issues arise.
We have also noted that should you book any other tour with us we will not be accepting the booking as you clearly would be better placed using another company or a private tour better suited for your needs.
