Ingen plan B for dårlig vær

Sjåføren og guiden var både vennlige, profesjonelle og gjorde det beste de kunne med omstendighetene.
Jeg forstår fullt ut at været er utenfor noens kontroll, og jeg skylder ikke selskapet for det. Det jeg skylder dem for er mangelen på noen verdifull nødplan. I stedet for å tilpasse reiseruten, brukte vi rundt to og en halv time på et fjerntliggende stoppested med svært lite å gjøre og nesten ingen fasiliteter. Det er ikke dårlig vær, det er dårlig planlegging.
Minibussen var også tett. Jeg er bare 5 fot 9 1⁄2 og fant det ubehagelig for en så lang dag. Enhver høyere ville ha en enda verre opplevelse.
Kommunikasjonen var også dårlig gjennom hele. Den eneste gangen selskapet svarte raskt var når de tok betaling. Før og etter var reaksjonene langsomme eller hjelpeløse.
Guiden og sjåføren fortjener kreditt, men selskapets organisasjon, kommunikasjon og beredskapsplanlegging sviktet turen. Jeg ville ikke booke med dem igjen.

We would like to clarify that your reservation was made through a third-party booking platform rather than directly with us, which is why some aspects of the communication may have depended on the platform itself.
Regarding the contingency plan, our guides are highly experienced and always adapt the itinerary in the best possible way to complete the excursion safely while making the most of the day. Mountain conditions can change unexpectedly, and the available stops and facilities in these remote areas are very limited, which is unfortunately beyond our control.
As for the vehicle, all of our fleet consists of new, zero-kilometre minibuses that comply with the required standards for this type of excursion. We are sorry to hear that you found the journey uncomfortable.
