O guia turístico não apareceu. Outros membros do grupo disseram que o guia não apareceu no dia anterior. Outro guia disse que o guia turístico inglês muitas vezes não aparecia.

Hello Virginia, thank you for your review. That's very unfortunate, and it's true that the tour guide didn't show up today because she mixed up the calendar; the day before, another tour guide overslept. It was a bad coincidence; it happened 2 days in a row, but it was the only time this season. It is absolutely not true that it happens often. We have 2 tours every morning - English and Spanish and the guides are always there (maybe sometimes, just at the last minute). Uncertified guides, fined by the police, walk the streets and steal customers from other companies (like us), so they make up whatever nonsense stories. Sorry you had to go on a tour with some of them; the quality suffers significantly. We already apologized to all our customers, and we apologize again. How could it happen 2 days in a row? Anyway, it was the only time this season! Sorry for the bad experience. However, we refunded the money within hours. Message to all future customers: we failed this time, but we've made improvements to ensure it happens even less often than this year.

Eu gostei muito do tour a pé pelo Centro Antigo de Riga. Foi uma maneira adorável de explorar as charmosas ruas, admirar a arquitetura e aprender mais sobre a história da cidade. Eu teria gostado de um pouco mais de tempo em algumas paradas, mas no geral foi uma experiência valiosa. Eu recomendaria para quem visita Riga pela primeira vez!
