Medina era linda, nós apenas sentimos que o gasto estava sendo empurrado um pouco demais. O almoço foi brilhante, o La Grand Vert nos mostrou uma culinária autêntica e nos sentimos muito bem-vindos. Cartago foi incrível e muito valeu a visita. Sidi Bou Said deslumbrante, como um mini Santarini, a subida é íngreme mas as vistas são de tirar o fôlego. Embora não tenhamos conseguido ver o museu Bardo, ficamos um pouco chateados, pois não tínhamos percebido até estarmos voltando para o hotel. No geral, um pouco caro, mas se você conseguir ver tudo, vale a pena.

We would like to clarify one important point for our future guests: at the time of booking, there are **two options available** — one without the Bardo Museum and a **Full Day option including the Bardo Museum**.
In this case, the option selected by the guest was **the option WITHOUT the Bardo Museum**. Therefore, the tour was provided according to the package booked.
We take great pride in providing our guests with a rich historical and cultural experience, and our guides share information about Tunisia’s history and heritage throughout the tour.
For future guests, we kindly recommend checking the selected option and its inclusions carefully when booking, especially if the Bardo Museum is a priority.

You mentioned yourself that there is “a lot to see and explore” and “so much history behind it.” We completely agree. This is a destination with a rich heritage, and naturally, one excursion cannot cover every site and every historical detail in depth.
As for the climate, weather conditions are completely beyond the control of our agency. We are responsible for organizing and operating the excursion, but we cannot control the weather or guarantee favorable conditions on the day of the visit.
We are always open to constructive criticism when it concerns the actual quality of our service. However, it is important to distinguish between the organization of an excursion and the weather conditions experienced that day.
