Semi-privé, ça n'en vaut pas la peine. Nous avons passé plus de 4 heures à récupérer et à déposer d'autres personnes. La prochaine fois, je louerai ma propre voiture ou je prendrai une visite privée.
Les guides touristiques étaient 10 sur 10 ! Informations très détaillées. J'ai beaucoup appris.

🔍 We would like to clarify that 15 days prior to your tour, we provided clear and timely communication with over 10 messages sent across the booking platform and as a courtesy via WhatsApp outlining the exact schedule and total duration based on your hotel's location. The distances between your resort and these 3 iconic landmarks across different Mexican states cannot be changed. Regarding the ride, you shared a spacious, modern vehicle with only 3 other couples, 2 of whom were staying in the exact same city as you.
🛡️ For over 15 years, our family business has never advertised private tours for shared bookings. You reserved a small group experience with a dedicated driver and guide who navigated the roads safely, allowing you to relax without worries. It is truly disheartening to receive inaccurate remarks that hurt a small local team that worked behind the scenes from 3:00 AM until midnight to ensure your day ran smoothly. Even with a rental car, the driving distances remain identical, while adding the exhaustion of long road travel, peak sun, high toll fees, long ticket lines at each site, and routine highway checkpoints along the way.
🌿 Throughout the journey, our vehicle was fully stocked with fresh bottled water to keep everyone comfortable and hydrated, ensuring all logistics—including early arrival to outrun the crowds and zero commercial stops—were handled seamlessly.

Tonancy était notre guide pour cette aventure d'une journée et elle était formidable ! Son énergie nous a permis de tenir toute la journée et ses connaissances sur chaque site étaient impressionnantes. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a gardés ensemble et à l'heure à chaque arrêt. De l'eau était fournie tout au long du trajet. C'était probablement l'excursion préférée de notre groupe de 8 personnes - le mélange de la pyramide et du site de Chichén Itzá, la baignade magnifique et rafraîchissante dans le cénote, la bonne nourriture et les ruines de Cobá (nous sommes arrivés à temps pour l'ascension !) était parfait.
Remarque : l'une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avons choisi cette excursion est qu'elle n'impliquait PAS de devoir participer à un quelconque rituel chamanique au cénote.

Heber et Angel sont les meilleurs !

Heber et Angel ont absolument rendu cette excursion incroyable. Heber était très perspicace sur l'histoire maya et mexicaine ; je pouvais sentir sa passion pour le sujet et j'ai été captivé par l'expérience. Angel nous a conduits partout à l'heure et en toute sécurité, en s'assurant toujours que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Je ne saurais trop recommander ces deux personnes.
L'excursion en elle-même était magnifique. Chichén Itzá est riche en histoire. Le cénote est magnifique et particulièrement rafraîchissant après une chaude journée (faites le saut de falaise). Et Coba est tellement amusant à parcourir à vélo et à explorer. Je recommande vivement l'expérience, ainsi que Heber et Angel comme guides.

Excellente visite de la part de Tonantzin ! La visite était instructive et organisée. Dès le début, notre itinéraire a été clairement expliqué et l'histoire a été racontée de manière à ce que tout le monde dans le bus puisse comprendre. Le cénote était magnifique, les temples étaient fascinants et nous sommes même arrivés à temps pour voir Coba, qui offrait une vue spectaculaire. Merci beaucoup à Antonio, Angel (notre chauffeur) et Tonantzin d'avoir rendu cette expérience si spéciale !

Chichén Itzá, Cenote Ik Kil et Cobá

Une excursion absolument fantastique du début à la fin ! Nous étions dans un petit groupe de seulement 11 personnes, nous y compris, et nous pouvions choisir entre un guide parlant espagnol ou anglais. Comme nous avons choisi l'anglais, nous avions notre propre guide, Jesús, qui était incroyablement compétent, sympathique et professionnel.
Nous étions une famille de quatre personnes avec deux enfants, âgés de 3 et 6 ans, et ils ont absolument adoré l'expérience.
Nous sommes arrivés à Chichén Itzá tôt, juste au moment où les vendeurs commençaient à installer leurs stands, ce qui signifiait que nous pouvions prendre beaucoup de photos avant que ce ne soit bondé.
Il en allait de même au Cenote Ik Kil. Il n'y avait pas encore trop de monde, nous avons donc vécu une expérience merveilleuse. Notre enfant de 6 ans dit que c'est le meilleur endroit où il ait jamais nagé !
Malheureusement, il s'est mis à pleuvoir très fort quand nous sommes arrivés à Cobá, donc nous n'avons pas pu monter au sommet de la pyramide. Malgré cela, nous avons tout de même pu explorer le site et avons apprécié notre visite.
Dans l'ensemble, toute la visite était absolument incroyable. Nous recommandons vivement cette visite à tous ceux qui visitent la région !
