L'expérience était incroyable. C'est une longue journée et elle est bien remplie, mais c'était une bonne journée. Franco était incroyable. Il a maintenu tout le monde dans le rang et à l'heure, le bus a besoin d'un système de sonorisation et de toilettes, sinon correct.

Ce groupe de voyageurs est le pire, ils m'ont envoyé un SMS moins de 12 heures avant mon heure de prise en charge prévue pour me dire qu'ils annulaient le voyage, ils n'ont pas fourni d'autre compagnie de visite ni rien, nous ont laissés en plan, j'avais réservé une journée supplémentaire à la fin de mes vacances juste pour faire ce voyage, je leur ai expliqué cela et n'ai rien obtenu de leur part, je n'utiliserais jamais PERU EXPERIENCES TOUR GROUP, et je ne recommande à personne de les utiliser, non professionnels, manque de considération pour leurs clients, et carrément incompétents, quand je leur ai demandé un remboursement, ils ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas le faire, je dois repasser par Viator même s'ils m'ont causé un énorme casse-tête, maintenant je dois faire tout le travail et subir les désagréments pour obtenir mon remboursement, encore une fois causé par Peru Experience group, pas par mon choix ! ! ! ! Vous êtes prévenus concernant la réservation avec eux ! ! ! ! J'envisage d'écrire une lettre au président de Viator pour expliquer quel genre d'entreprise est réellement Peru Experiences, et si cela ne tenait qu'à moi, je les bannirais/supprimerais en tant que fournisseur de Viator, car ils ternissent la bonne réputation de Viator. Même si l'annulation était inévitable en raison du manque de clients, ils auraient pu faire tellement plus... Une organisation qui est une honte absolue. VOUS ÊTES PRÉVENUS. Je suis un voyageur passionné à travers le monde, j'ai utilisé Viator à de nombreuses reprises et je n'ai jamais fait l'expérience de ce type de comportement/comportement non professionnel.

Regarding your refund, because the reservation was made through Viator, the refund process must be handled directly through their platform and according to their policies. This is why we advised you to contact Viator rather than indicating that you were not entitled to a refund.

Voyage brillant. Notre guide touristique Rosa était professionnelle, drôle, gentille et s'est surpassée. Les activités étaient très amusantes et le conducteur du buggy des dunes était excellent et vraiment serviable.
Le seul point négatif que j'ai est que le bus était en retard pour venir me chercher à mon hôtel. Ils ont indiqué 4 : 30 du matin dans leur message pour moi. J'étais devant mon hôtel à cette heure-là et je craignais qu'ils ne viennent pas. Je leur ai envoyé un message à 4 : 38 du matin, puis j'ai appelé à 4 : 42 du matin. Ils ont finalement répondu à 4 : 43 du matin qu'ils étaient à 7 minutes.

Beaucoup d'expériences en une seule journée

La journée donne une impression de précipitation. La promenade en bateau pour voir les otaries et d'autres animaux est sympa, mais il y avait peu d'explications et le personnel semblait ne pas vouloir être là. La dégustation de vin n'est pas vraiment une dégustation de vin, mais plutôt une série de shots de pisco et de vin très sucré. Le buggy des dunes et le sandboard étaient vraiment amusants, mais si vous n'aimez pas les montagnes russes ou les manèges à sensations, ce n'est peut-être pas pour vous. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une excursion amusante mais elle donne une impression de précipitation et vous n'apprenez rien sur les endroits où vous allez ou ce que vous voyez.

We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the boat trip and especially the dune buggy and sandboarding activities. We also appreciate your honest comments about the pace of the tour and the amount of information provided during the different stops.
Our itinerary is designed to combine several of the main highlights of Paracas, Ica, and Huacachina in one day, which does make the experience quite dynamic. However, we understand that some travelers would prefer more time at each location and more historical, cultural, and environmental information along the way.
