If you do not answer or are not present when contacted, the guide will continue the tour. Beach Pick-Up: If you miss the return meeting point at the beach, the guide will continue back to San Juan. Any extra transportation is at your expense. Children 5 and under are not allowed on the tour or the bus. Buses do not have car seats and cannot accommodate them. A waiver will be texted to you. All participants must read and sign it before boarding. Notify us 24 hours prior if you do not agree. The Rainforest tour is challenging, and moderate fitness is required. You must be able to walk on uneven, slippery surfaces. The guide may deny participation for safety reasons. Follow all safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour (non-refundable). We reserve the right of admission. No alcohol, no smoking, and no coolers on the bus. Only one small carry-on bag per person (no large luggage). We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Life vests provided and required for Rainforest and Beach portions. Cotton socks are required for the Rainforest (worn together with water shoes or hiking shoes). They offer better traction on mossy rocks. Closed-toe shoes recommended; no flip-flops in the Rainforest. Tour operates rain or shine. Weather may require route adjustments. Participants join the tour at their own risk. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. Late arrivals = no-show (non-refundable). Meals, personal expenses, and gratuities not included. Not wheelchair accessible. Service animals allowed. Not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart conditions, or pregnancy. Maximum of 19 travelers.

Jasmine & Jorge were AMAZING! In addition to being fun and engaging guides, they ALWAYS kept safety FIRST! The tour is both informative and entertaining; Jasmine gives an entire performance during the bus ride (REALLY great voice, too)! Take advantage of the food stop - authentic Puerto Rican food. It's REALLY good! The tour never felt boring or if they were just "killing time". They was always something going on, and it felt like more than just (3) seperate parts to the tour. The only thing that I'd suggest is to make sure that you have socks (mandatory) and water shoes - you'll need the socks for the natural water slides (no shoes allowed) but you'll also need the water shoes to walk for AFTER you slide (a few sharp rocks) and also for the beach (a few sharp rocks here underwater). You will ABSOLUTELY love this tour and will come back feeling like you spent a day full of activities!

The time is San Juan was a let down. Only had 25 minutes by the fort and that was it. The rainforest experience was not a casual walk. It was more adventurous! Steep walk down on slippery and muddy paths and then back up. The slides were very intimidating looking. The beach was lovely! You can rent umbrellas and chairs there. Our bus was a bit junky! Tour guide was very nice.
