Meeting point and return

Pickup service is available only for guests selecting the Deluxe Cabin/Premium Cabin/Terrace Suite With Transfer package. Our transfer service operates from a fixed point in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area.

If your current hotel is outside our pickup zone, you have two options:

1. Relocate to a hotel within the Old Quarter Area.

2. Arrange your own transportation to our designated pickup point at Ha Noi Opera House by 8:30 AM.

Please inform us of your decision at your earliest convenience.

Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions without prior notice. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather.

Meals on board are a fusion of Vietnamese, seafood, and international cuisine. Guests with special dietary needs or allergies must inform us at least one week before the cruise date.

Advance registration with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number, and visa expiration date is required for all passengers. A valid passport is mandatory for check-in; otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authorities.

On-board Wi-Fi is available free of charge on the terrace deck, but signal interruptions are expected at sea.

A current valid passport is required on the day of travel.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining any necessary visa requirements prior to border crossing.

This vessel is aimed at the high end of the market but on this experience I would say not quite worth the money spent. It certainly is very well appointed. An enjoyable experience was had onboard and it was very relaxing with wonderful food. The canapés were underwhelming. All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly which is always appreciated. The Spa was 1st class and very enjoyable. Our little trip to Cat Ba island was fun, however we felt slightly rushed through and would have appreciated a little more time to browse the local shops but we were urged on especially those riding cycles. My only other issue was not having the opportunity to kayak which for some reason we were unable to do. My young sons were disappointed. In summing up, this is a delightful cruise, very enjoyable and relaxing with exceptional hosts and staff who looked after us very well. Revisit your tour timings and you’ll reap the rewards.

The tour was amazing. Everybody is so friendly Tracy the primary host was amazing. All the staff are wonderful. The views are wonderful. We did the kayaking which was nice and then we went for a swim in the beach. the food was amazing as well.I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic overnight peaceful trip in Ha Long Bay

We visited Ha Long Bay as an extension of our longer 18 day land trip. The Bay is absolutely stunningly gorgeous with the majestic jagged mountains towering out of the calm waters. The boat was meticulously taken care of. We were lucky to have a room at the end of the boat as it had a large bathroom with tub and shower as well as a private patio. Food was excellent with good flavors and the presentation was beautiful. Staff was extremely attentive and professional. Joy was a great hostess to our group of 16. This is a top of the line ship and we would highly recommend it. This will be forever a very special part of our Vietnam trip!
