I had best cruise experience. This was my first ride, Jack (guide) helped us in every step by giving correct guidance at correct places. Best guy in cruiser i met was Mr. Thinh, since my wife is vegetarian, he took good care in regarding getting the right food for her. I really appreciate Mr. Thinh was taking us good care of us in cruise.

Great organization and attentive, kind staff. I had a beautiful room that was clean with all amenities like shampoo, toothbrush, hair dryer, etc. The food was delicious and everything was timely. Lam was one of the amazing waitresses I had. She was a joy to talk to and took care of my needs. Thinh my waiter was also wonderful and very attentive. I enjoyed the sampan boat and being out in the water seeing beautiful Ha Long Bay.

The cruise was amazing overall. The foosball table was great and the views were out of this world. I wasn't sure of the admission fee, but for 2 days, it was very worth it. The jacuzzi and balcony were amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The internet connection isnt very good, and the wifi is pretty much nonexistent, but overall a great experience.
