Cannot fault this tour at all. All guides were knowledgeable and informative. Even taking photos for us. The experience was one of the best we have ever had and we’ve been to a lot of places. The operator even organised emergency amendments and hotel exchanges when one of us fell ill. If you want to explore north India Make Sure you choose Crystal India holidays. They cannot do enough for you. Big shout out to our driver, mr Madan Lal. He was so patient with us and the most polite. If we could give more stars we would.

Everything was very bad. I felt completely scammed.

I chose this activity because I wanted to be part of a group, but it ended up being a private tour. The guide stayed with us the entire time, strictly controlling the pace and the amount of time we spent at each place, which was stressful and overwhelming. At the Taj Mahal, we only spent 25 minutes, so we were unable to see the sunrise. He also prevented us from taking photos where we wanted, apparently to benefit his associates, who offer professional photos at very high prices. At the Taj Mahal Baby and the fort, we spent barely an hour. Afterwards, they took us to have breakfast and to a shop belonging to a friend of the guide, where the shopkeeper constantly pressured us to buy things. Finally, the guide pressured us to give him a tip, even though it was supposed to be optional. If you manage to get there —it is a three-hour drive each way, with no seatbelt and heavy traffic—, keep in mind that the activities last only about two hours. I would not recommend this experience.

Great day visiting Agra: Taj Mahal, Baby Taj, & Agra Fort. The driver, Surender, arrived early so was ready and waiting for us. Good car and powered by CNG, so no emissions. The guide, Manoj, in Agra was excellent and showed us round expertly. He had many details of India and the people as well as the sites. The lunch was probably the best meal we had on the whole trip. It was a long day and we were tired at the end, but we expected that.

10/10 experience, we got picked up from Dehli in a great SUV - the driver was amazing! Made sure we had a comfortable ride throughout! Our guide - Ashiya was super lovely, very friendly and informative. It was great to hear from a local and the history of the Taj! She knew all the best view points and gave us great insight in the making of the Taj! She answered all our questions and really was a great guide. Bonus she was an amazing photographer - knew the angles and took some great pics of us!
