2 Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail
Strolling along the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail means you're walking through one of the city's most captivating urban spaces. What began as an abandoned railway corridor has transformed into a vibrant transit corridor, loop trails, and park system connecting 45 neighborhoods, thanks to a visionary 1999 thesis by a Georgia Tech graduate student. The Eastside Trail, which opened in 2012, has since become a beloved Atlanta destination.
We'll share the complete narrative: how a disused railway line evolved into the city's most photographed stretch and how the BeltLine blossomed into one of the South's most significant outdoor art galleries. The murals are refreshed annually, ensuring each visit offers a unique visual experience. We'll highlight both the prominent artworks and the hidden gems, along with the stories that bring them to life.

4 Inman Park
Historic Inman Park holds the distinction of being Atlanta's very first suburb. Originally developed as an enclave for Atlanta's elite, the neighborhood has undergone significant transformations over the decades. From its grand Victorian homes to periods of neglect, we'll explore how a counter-cultural movement revitalized these historic residences, ultimately creating one of Atlanta's most sought-after neighborhoods. Wander through its tree-lined streets, absorbing tales of old Atlanta and the community's successful efforts to prevent a six-lane elevated interstate from disrupting its historic charm. Along the way, you'll encounter beautiful homes and delightful surprises.

Come hungry and wear comfortable shoes!
Jennifer_L, October 2026
My 20-year-old son and I loved this food tour (minus the boiled peanuts in Cajun sauce). We had three delicious tastings at the Krog Street Market and then we walked down the Beltline, over to Cabbagetown, and through Inman Park. Our guide provided interesting insights into these neighborhoods. We stopped for a donut in Inman Park, then made our way to a local bar for wings and a cocktail. We ended with gelato that tasted like the gelato we had in Rome - so yummy! We highly recommend this tour!

Flavorful walking tour of old Atlanta
Robert_B, October 2026
A great way to see a little of turn-of-the-last-century Atlanta while walking through Inman Park (maximum distance covered: 2.5 miles) while stopping at a variety of establishments to sample some of the local goodies (fried chicken wings, yummy donuts, and gelato were just three of the 6+ items we sampled).

Delightful and delicious 2.5 hour stroll through Inman Park. Relaxing, informative, did I say relaxing? Much needed break from today’s mayhem. Thank you, Christy. Well will definitely visit Inman Park soon now that we know where it is.
