Informative & tasty tour

What surprised me most about this tour was the interesting market and food histories shared by our fun and energetic tour guide Jessica. The foods that we sampled were super tasty and represented the diversity and evolution of traditional southern dishes. The biscuit making was a lot of fun and we made biscuits that would’ve made our grandmothers proud. I’d highly recommend this tour.
