Our guide, Maria, took us to seven stops at Chania restaurants, bakeries, and specialty food shops. She was delightful company as we shared savory bites, sweet treats, and several local beverages. We also enjoyed visiting the shops selling items like herbs and oils - the shopkeepers explained their products and offered samples. Walking route was well organized and not tiring. Highly recommend.
