He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire trip. What really stood out to us was how enjoyable his company was. We had so much fun talking, laughing, and getting to know him along the way. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience special, and we felt like we were spending the day with a friend rather than just a tour guide.
