Great customer service began before our arrival. Ketut was knowledgeable and assisted with building our itinerary. He picked us up from our hotel on time and gifted us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for our anniversary. It was an unexpected but beautiful gesture. The tours were amazing. He ushered us through each experience, sharing Balinese wisdom and information. He was also responsive to all of our questions. Throughout the tours, we felt safe and didn’t have to worry about navigating anything. He escorted us to ticketing for the excursions, shared customs about bartering with local vendors and made us comfortable over a 7 hour tour. Ketut also captured beautiful moments for us. He took some great pictures and videos. We can’t thank him enough. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend booking with this vendor.

We enjoyed everything on the program. Our guide, Agung, joined us into the sites to explain a lot about Bali and Balinese culture. He was very calm and knowledgeable and we are very happy and blessed he was our guide! We asked him to bring us to a local restaurant for lunch and we ended up in a cute local garden place with excellent food! I recommend him and this tour 100%. It was easy to book and the service was 5-stars!
