Upon arrival at the activity site, your guides will provide an overview of the adventure, cover essential safety information, and instruct you on how to use the gear.
The adventure begins with a hike up the canyon trail. Safety and technical briefings will be given at key points along the way.
Once you reach the stream bed, you'll encounter various natural obstacles, including a water slide, jumps, and rappels. The highest rappel is an optional 15 meters (49ft).
This is described as the most enjoyable, accessible, and active canyoning experience on São Miguel.

Went with my brother for his 50th birthday. We had a blast. Due to some no shows we basically had a private tour so that made it extra special. The guides themselves Thomas and Alberto (I think) were the stars. So friendly and warm like they were our buddies just having a blast in nature. Two thumbs up for sure. Just know the physical requirements before booking.
