Following lunch, take a leisurely stroll along the magnificent Cape Tribulation Beach, famously known as the place where 'Rainforest meets the Reef'. It's the only location globally where two World Heritage National Parks converge, with the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park on one side and Daintree National Park on the other.
You'll have time to explore the beach and walk to the lookout on the Cape Tribulation headland.
As we head back towards the Daintree River, we may stop at the Daintree Ice-Cream Company for an optional purchase of a tropical fruit ice cream to enjoy on the bus. Keep an eye out for the local Cassowaries!
