Tickets are not required for check-in. Simply provide the last name on your reservation. Check-in is located INSIDE The Landing Café at 101 Dyer Street, Providence (at the corner of Dyer & Pine).
Inside The Landing, you will also find a selection of RI and coastal-themed gifts, including ornaments, candles, magnets, jewelry, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and local art. We also offer a full-service coffee cafe and ice cream parlor. Beer, wine, and canned alcoholic beverages are available for purchase to bring aboard.
Providence offers metered street parking and private pay lots. We also suggest using your hotel shuttle, Uber, or walking from your hotel if feasible.
OUR TOURS DEPART EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE. You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior for check-in. The boat will not wait for late passengers. If you miss the check-in time, your seats may be offered to stand-by patrons, and you will forfeit your paid reservation.
Restrooms are available inside The Landing Café where you check in. There are no restrooms on the boats.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on board. Certified service dogs are permitted, but pets are not.
For safety reasons, walkers, wheelchairs, strollers, and car seats are not allowed on board. These items can be left inside The Landing Café or on the docks (at your own risk) before boarding.
Our vessels are uncovered, so please dress appropriately. Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, and cold beverages are recommended during the warmer summer months. Sweaters and jackets are advised for evening and late-season tours.
The weather in New England can change rapidly. For this reason, we do not postpone or cancel boat tours until shortly before the scheduled departure time. Light rain or passing showers will not prevent the tour from running, so please dress accordingly.
Our Captains and Crew appreciate your cash or Venmo gratuities on site. Thank you, and we look forward to welcoming you aboard!
