In 2025, UNESCO recognized Italian cooking as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and there's no better way to discover it than in a real Italian home.
Step into our elegant family home in central Milan, steps from the M4 metro, surrounded by our private art collection, and make fresh pasta, ravioli and a creamy tiramisu from scratch, using recipes passed down through generations.
Grandma Bruna and her grandchildren attended the cooking school near Lyon founded by 3-Michelin-star chef Paul Bocuse, but our best teachers were always our grandmothers.
For three hands-on hours you'll cook, laugh and share stories, then sit down together to enjoy everything you've made with a glass of organic rosé.
It feels less like a class and more like a meal with Italian friends.
You'll leave with new skills, great memories and a true taste of Italy to take home.

Step into our elegant Milanese family home and enjoy one of Milan’s most authentic cooking experiences. Surrounded by beautiful artwork, antique furniture, and generations of family history, you’ll feel like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist.
Italian cuisine has recently been recognized by UNESCO for its cultural value, making this the perfect time to discover Italy’s culinary traditions. During this hands-on class, you’ll prepare fresh pasta, ravioli, and authentic tiramisu from scratch using family recipes passed down through generations.
Grandmother Bruna and her grandchildren trained at the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute in France, but our greatest inspiration has always been our own grandmothers, whose recipes continue to inspire every class. When Grandma Bruna is unavailable, one of her children or grandchildren will welcome you and teach the same authentic family recipes and techniques.

Cooking class was great. The instructor was friendly and patient. He clearly went over the steps and made sure everyone understood what to do. Never felt like we were behind. And in the end, had a great meal!!

Authentic Italian cooking class, complete with Nonna‘s recipes
Susan_N, October 2026
The pasta wasn’t the only thing that was fresh, the instructor kept the class fresh and moving along.
It was really nice to hear the history of her family and since I have limited Italian she was explaining the English meeting to some words like tiramisu. Which by the way, I’ll be making as soon as I head back to the states.
It was a fantastic way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
