We never got to do the cooking class since we got turned away for being 14 min late. We arrived at the Station in Milan at 3:30 and kept looking around for it. After 15 minutes of looking we asked the locals who asked around and after back and forth, one waiter in a restaurant knew where to go and told us where to go. When we arrived they said the grace period is 10 minutes and we were 14 minutes late. Two other people turned up as well after us and were turned away as well. It was very hard to get here, we spent 44 minutes trying to find the place despite being in the station, no one around there knew where to go. I feel like they could have been more understanding of this. They said we can’t get a refund and can book for 50% off but we are leaving the next day. The instructions should have included photos maybe, and instructions of which area to enter (as you literally enter the restaurant area), and where to access the second floor. Very disappointing. They weren’t understanding at all.
