The tour is limited to a maximum of 12 travelers. After the tour, your local guide will offer a complimentary "Concierge Service" at our office. Arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts. You will receive a helmet and a personal radio system to hear your guide. We will train you individually and you can practice until you feel comfortable before the tour begins (it's very easy!). This was an excellent tour. Julius gave very good safety lessons before the tour started and kept us in safe situations (traffic, etc.) while we toured. His knowledge of the city was great! You need to be in good enough condition to maintain your balance in order to operate a Segway.
