About the activity

Begin with a visit to the House of the Virgin Mary, believed to be where she spent her final days. See its sacred fountains and wishing wall with your local guide. Continue to Ephesus, one of the greatest cities of the ancient world and one of the Mediterranean’s best-preserved Greco-Roman cities. Walk along its marble streets and explore the Odeon, State Agora, Curetes Street, Fountain of Trajan, Temple of Hadrian, Library of Celsus, Commercial Agora, and the Great Theatre, which once accommodated approximately 24,000 spectators. Along the way, your guide brings the city to life through stories and insights into its history, architecture, culture, and daily life. After exploring Ephesus, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Selçuk and visit local workshops showcasing traditional craftsmanship and regional products. Continue to the Temple of Artemis, once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, before returning to your hotel with your guide.

Fantastic tour headed by Mr Ekim

Historic place
yaninalisset, October 2026
Place with a lot of history and having had Erman as a guide helped us a lot to understand the chronology of the events. Always attentive to the group and our questions. I really liked the service received. I recommend it. The tour with Erman was in Spanish.

Excessive price
L4429YQmilam, October 2026
Excessive price; in Turkey, all costs for tourists are increasing (in Kusadasi, some visits had different costs for Turks and foreigners). The site is beautiful but does not justify the ticket price, especially since it is also causing difficulties for local guides.
Response from the operator · gezenthitravelagency

Excellent guidance from guide Erman Uslu, I recommend him to everyone, very polite, attentive, excellent in historical visits and local shops. We will certainly return next year with our children and friends, I recommend a great experience to everyone.
