It was awesome, the boat captains, Rio and Cam were very informative,cautious and helpful with all the clients. I really enjoyed the tour. Only one I observed can be included was a bit more of the islands history. Like the place were we ate, staniel cay yacht club. They spoke about a few the keys as related to Hollywood celebrities. And Norman's cay story. It was really a great experience. And they same to have safety on the top of their list. Thumbs up.

Literally don’t waste your time booking this excursion. This company is a joke. They don’t leave unless like 20 people book it which is like never so they never actually go. They just take your money and then cancel at the last second don’t waste your time go to rose Island or something because pretty sure this excursion barely ever happens since they can never fill it.. it s a joke of a company i would never book again please save your money screw these guys bunch of scammers

Hi Lijah, We’re sorry you were disappointed that your Exuma tour did not operate, but we do want to clarify several statements in this review. Aqua Shores operates a fleet of 9 boats and runs tours regularly throughout the year, so the statement that our excursions “barely ever happen” is simply not accurate. September is traditionally one of the slowest tourism months in The Bahamas, with significantly lower visitor numbers and hotel occupancy. Like many shared excursions, our Exuma group tour requires a minimum number of guests to operate. Unfortunately, the minimum was not met for your scheduled departure. Most importantly, you received a full 100% refund, so at no point did Aqua Shores “take your money,” nor do we believe it is fair or accurate to characterize our company as “scammers.” When a tour cannot operate because the minimum number of guests is not reached, guests are refunded in accordance with our policy. Additionally, even if today's minimum had been met, the current rain and lightning conditions would have required us to cancel for the safety of our guests and crew. As a marine excursion company, weather and passenger safety will always take priority over operating a tour. We completely understand the disappointment of having an excursion cancelled while on vacation, and we genuinely regret that you were unable to experience Exuma with us. However, a cancelled tour during the slowest part of the season—followed by a 100% refund—is very different from a company taking someone's money or operating dishonestly.

Best excursion ever

From start to finish, our Exuma excursion was unforgettable. The stops were perfectly planned—seeing the iguanas up close, visiting the famous swimming pigs, relaxing on a gorgeous beach—and lunch was delicious and well organized. But what really made the day special was the staff. Rico Suarez, Rico Jr. and LJ were incredibly kind, fun, and attentive. They kept everyone safe and comfortable while making sure we were also laughing and enjoying every moment. You can tell they really care about what they do. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. Truly five stars
