Great experience Happy Samui

This is my first time to Ko samui and I booked the a thong marine park tour with happy samui through my hotel. It’s the best tour I ever had in my life. They’re well prepared with the schedule and activities. The guide Mr Win and his team are very experienced tour guides and his team consists of photographer, helmsman , his other crew members who ensure we are always safe in the boat. I will definitely recommend their service !!

Excellent day out, although boat not ideal for views

Absolutely great staff - meticulously tidy and organised on the boat. Great stops. The only reason I've given it a 4 is that we felt the boat wasn't ideal for a day trip. Clean and powerful but very enclosed with no real way to watch the view when it was on the move. Definitely just a means to get from A to B not a 'day on a boat' experience.

Fabulous day!

Excellent day and nice that there was only 14 on our boat. It’s a full day and a fair bit of it is spent travelling between activities. Snorkeling was terrific and plenty to see, even with grey sky’s. The day is incredibly well managed and staff just think of everything to maximise the enjoyment of the day. This experience can be done for a lot less but with much more people. I feel like this was the way to do it.

Unfortunately disappointing

For the price paid, I expected a completely different experience; unfortunately, the weather was not the best, and nothing could be done about that, but the last stop, the beach, was canceled and we returned early. The first viewpoint was nice and we arrived when there was no one there yet, but the most beautiful viewpoint with the view over the whole park was skipped, a real shame. The snorkeling was terrible, terrible visibility, almost no fish and too many boats; I think that seeing what the sea was like, they could have imagined it and warned us, and we would have avoided the stop to enjoy the bay more instead, also because the snorkeling spot is a 40-minute boat ride away, a useless trip.
The kayaking lasted very little and it was simply a matter of going along a piece of cliff and then coming back, nothing scenic.
The food stop is in a fishing village but it looks more like a construction site; I was hoping for a more charming place but it has no appeal. Furthermore, the vegetarian meal had no alternative to the meat, just lots of vegetables but no protein; for 110 euros they could have given me at least an egg or some tofu.
Very disappointed unfortunately because the park is very beautiful but there was no way to enjoy it even a little bit, very short stops and a lot of time on the boat.
