Excellent service. Buses are comfortable. They have wifi all the time and it is fast enough, so you are never disconnected. Our guide was very good: Emerson. He gave us step by step accurate information and links (in whatsapp chat) regarding what was going on in the tour and lots of advice. We really appreciate the service provided by this tour operator. They did not let us down. Doing this tour in one day is probably too much. My recommendation is that if you have time stay in Copacabana or Isla del Sol at least one night. We only had one day available.
