This is a unique opportunity for visitors of all ages! Should we catch shrimp on our expedition, the crew will pack some for you to take home.
All excursions depart from Harbour Town Yacht Basin, located within the Sea Pines Resort. A cash-only entry fee of $9.00 per vehicle is required for the Sea Pines Resort, valid for the entire day, allowing you to enjoy all the resort offers.
Check-in for your Shrimp Trawl aboard the Tammy Jane is at the Vagabond Cruise reservation office, situated just beside the Harbour Town Lighthouse.

We had a wonderful time on the shrimp trawler excursion! It was both educational and relaxing, giving us a unique opportunity to learn about shrimping, the local marine life, and the process of bringing in a catch. Capt Ian, Kelly and Bradley made the experience interesting & enjoyable, and we appreciated getting to see something new together. We had a wonderful experience on the Tammy Jane. The crew was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was great learning about the shrimping industry. One of the most fascinating things was all of the other marine life caught in the nets. Lots of dolphins, hands on experiences (if you were interested) as well as we got to take home some of the shrimp that were caught. Delicious. There were guests of all different ages on the boat and all seemed to enjoy the experience.

The shrimping excursion on the Tammy Jane was a great experience. We learned a lot about the area as well as many cool facts about local shrimping! Captain Renee and the crew were wonderful. We caught a lot of shrimp and fish and got to see many sharks and dolphins. We highly recommend this adventure!!!
