This is a dynamic excursion; we move quickly between prime fishing spots. You'll cast your line in one location and, if the fish aren't biting within minutes, we'll swiftly head to the next promising area. When salmon are running, we'll focus on jigging for rockfish before transitioning to trolling.

The finest seafood in Alaska is the catch of the day you reel in yourself! Discover a genuine fishing expedition amidst the pristine Alaskan wilderness along its coastline.
You will be equipped with waterproof boots, overalls, a hooded jacket, hat, and gloves. Then, you'll glide through a stunning landscape aboard a steady, open-air, 24-foot skiff. Cast your line, and your catch will form the fresh foundation of an exquisite campfire meal! With a maximum of six guests per boat, your professional guide will tailor the excursion to your specific interests.
As we journey, keep an eye out for seals, eagles, whales, various birds, porpoises, salmon during their spawning season, and occasionally bears. Using high-quality fishing equipment, you can practice your skills to land different types of rockfish, cod, or Pacific salmon (depending on the season).
Following your fishing adventure, the skiff will transport you to a secluded wilderness campsite, where a welcoming fire awaits amidst the ancient cedar and spruce rainforest. Here, you will indulge in a gourmet meal featuring your freshly caught fish, served in a saffron-infused, bouillabaisse-style stew (without shellfish). Enjoy sourdough rolls with a garlic aioli spread, a special rhubarb and blueberry crisp, and warm mugs of coffee or hot chocolate.

Great trip!!!! Didn’t have to go far and didn’t take long at all to catch a boatload of fish. Then took us to the island and they prepared the fish we called for a meal. The meal was phenomenal. Then was able to feed the Eagles. James Smith was our awesome guide. Overall, the trip was phenomenal. I will definitely do it again.

Captain Kinani is truly a relaxed and professional guide who gave us an amazing fishing expedition! Clean boat with a covered area for group of 4, boated to a serene cove, and quickly caught multiple rock fish - with a delicious dinner at a spectacular point on a island. Highly recommend!
