SCAMS - LIES - DISHONEST- TOURIST TRAP. Looking for someone to ruin your trip? Book this company 🙂 Honestly avoid Cabo Adventures at all costs. They straight up lie to their customers and do not care about ruining your trip. I booked the Balandra Beach tour for today (Oct 14) and they canceled on us less than 12 hours before pickup. They messaged saying the beach was closed. Total lie. I checked and Balandra was 100% open all day today. They just couldn't be bothered to run the tour and made up a fake excuse. When I asked what else they could do for us, they told me to check their site for a "30% discount" on other tours. So I looked... and they literally marked up their website prices so high that their "discounted" price is MORE expensive or about the same than just buying normally on Viator or TripAdvisor. So yeah. Canceled on me last minute, lied about why, and then tried to scam us into paying more money on their site for a backup. Do not book with them. Save yourself the headache and go with literally any other company in Cabo.

When you first contacted us to ask about the weather conditions, the information available at that time indicated favorable conditions. However, Hurricane Simon changed course, and conditions evolved significantly. As a result, the Port Authority in La Paz made the decision to close the port. Our Balandra experience operates by boat, and when the port is officially closed, tour boats are not permitted to operate. The fact that Balandra Beach may remain accessible by land does not mean boats are authorized to navigate. These are two different situations, and we must follow the instructions issued by the maritime authorities to ensure the safety of our guests and crew. Regarding the discount, we directed you to our official website, where our tours, prices, and available promotions are listed. Prices and promotions may vary across different booking platforms, and each platform may apply different discounts or special offers. We understand that cancellations are frustrating, but the decision was based on an official port closure, not a fabricated excuse. We stand by our commitment to operate responsibly and follow the instructions issued by the relevant maritime authorities.

This was an epic experience. We have been to cabo before. This was our first time in La Paz. The two hour drive was a breeze thanks to Leon Once we arrived the crew Capitan:Jorge. Guian Joe. Chef Eddie and 2nd Captain Jerry exceed expectations for location, service and food and drinks. The boat was pristine. We had close to 2 hours time in the water in two excellent spots. All you had to do was look in the water and it was teaming with beautiful life. I highly recommend this excursion and this team!
