Our tour guide/driver, Steve (with the hat), was terrific (10/10). He was entertaining, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and a safe driver. When he wasn't sharing information, he played music by Canadian artists — a fantastic playlist. It was great having a shuttle (fit 24 people) and not a bus because everyone could embark and disembark quickly. Steve motivated people to return to the shuttle on time (in a fun way), so our time was used efficiently. The seats were comfortable, the bus was heated nicely, and the upper window near the roof gave us a partial view of the mountains and sky. If the windows had been cleaned, the views would have been spectacular. We had sunny weather so the views at each location was beautiful. If you're looking for a quick, overall taste of the mountains and lakes, a tour is definitely the way to go. As most of our time was spent on the bus and the windows weren't cleaned, I rate the tour 8/10, otherwise it would have been a 10.
