#1 Pick-up and drop-off services are exclusively for travelers who do not have a rental vehicle. If you have your own transportation, you are required to meet us directly at our base.
#2 Our pick-up service has limited capacity, operating on a first-come, first-served basis.
#3 Pick-up requests must be made no later than 48 hours before the activity. Last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed (refer to #2).
#4 CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS: If you are arriving by cruise ship, it is mandatory to provide the name of your ship and its arrival time. Failure to do so when booking may prevent us from guaranteeing your pick-up! Requests made less than 24 hours before the activity will not be accepted.
#5 We provide pick-ups for customers located between the Vaiare ferry dock and Te Fare Mihi on the north coast. Please specify your hotel when making your reservation.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and substance use. Anyone suspected of using substances prior to the tour will be denied participation without any refund. Twin Share Jet Ski Share a jet ski with another person. This option must be booked for two people. 1 Person Per Jet Ski Single occupancy on a jet ski.
