We were assigned a guide days before, but when we contacted the person 2 days before the tour, we were told by the guide that she was no longer assigned to us. Then a replacement was promised but it wasn't until late in the night before (and after chasing the agency numerous times) did another guide's details were sent to us. We received confirmation from the 2nd guide but an hour before the tour, we were told there was an emergency and the guide could not make it. They tried to reschedule the tour for another day but it was already out last day in town. It was most disappointing as the walkabout was supposed to be a birthday treat for one of us.

Titania is a very experienced guide who knows Palermo and Sicily very well. She gave us a 3 hour walking tour of Palermo and we visited all the main sights in the centre. We knew we wouldn't have time to go into each one so we wanted to get an overall picture and ghen went back in our own time. Tatiana gave us lots of advice about where to eat and was happy to send us links to websites of other places to visit. She was even happy to give us advice via WhatsApp on the following day.
