Please gather at the main gate of the Teatro Massimo opera house, situated between the two bronze lions.

Your guide will be easily identifiable, holding a red umbrella and a red bag featuring the Streaty logo.

The tour concludes at Piazza San Domenico or Piazza Fonderia.

Both locations are within walking distance of the cruise port.

However, before booking and paying, you should have read the tour description carefully: this experience is an immersion into Palermo’s authentic street food culture, which is famous worldwide and can be very different from what visitors expect from a conventional food tour. Our tour is not about sitting down for familiar dishes like carbonara and sipping spritz (we leave that to tourists) but about discovering the real Palermo through its traditional street food, local vendors, markets, and backstreets. And we do not choose the food: it's tradition itself that dictates the rules. The price reflects not only the food tastings but also the services of a licensed official guide, insurance, and all the organization required to deliver a genuine, immersive cultural experience. We’re sorry this style of food wasn’t what you were looking for, but we believe the best way to choose the right tour is to make sure its description and concept match your expectations. Anyway, we are sure we DO NOT deserve 1 star rating, but we accept it and we'll keep doing our wonderful street food tours ;)
