Departures from the RIU PLAZA PANAMA HOTEL driveway are scheduled between 7:00 and 07:30 am in the morning and 1:00 pm in the afternoon. Please note that times may change, updates will be provided the day before the tour. Look for a white bus with "CONOZCAPANAMÁPRIMERO.COM" displayed on the roof.

My parents and I booked this tour on our layover in Panama. We received multiple messages with detailed instructions about 1 week before our trip. However, we never expected an earthquake to shatter our schedule. Our flight was delayed for 8 hours so we basically missed out the deadline for cancellation. Immediately after my notification about missing out the tour, I received an instant message about making up for the missed tour. I was completely shocked about their professionalism and caring response. I was offered a new tour the next morning without any additional cost. I was picked up the next morning on time. Both KiKei and Jimmy were super attentive. We were able to catch the ship passing through the lock and the train passing by on our first try. The tour guides were very meticulous about timing so we can see all the actions at the Canal. After the Canal, we were dropped off at old town and were given a highly detailed explanation about all the buildings there. Overall. I highly recommend this tour company. They turned one of my most stressful travel experience into a great one with a lot of wonderful memories.

Outstanding guide, but disappointing trip due to the earthquake

I only gave this three stars because of the situation. Due to the earthquake, we were not able to go to Mira Flores, which really would have been the main attraction. Nevertheless, our guide, Jorge, was exceptional. He had a lot of knowledge and at the very last minute was informed that he had to change his tour and not include the main event and also that he would be conducting the tour in Spanish and English. Jorge certainly Rose to the occasion and did his absolute to make sure that we enjoyed the trip. We did enjoy it, however, but I think it would have been better to offer a cancellation rather than just changing the entire trip for when we had not paid for

What a fantastic experience and a wonderful history lesson. Our guide, Jaime was knowledgeable and he had a great attitude. The pick up was on time , Jaime made jokes and ensured everyone was enjoying themselves. During the Old Town part of our tour , Jaime took us to a quaint restaurant where we bought sancocho and empanadas. The meal was delicious. Keeke was our driver. He was diligent on the road and our group felt safe. I would absolutely book with Conozca Panama Tours again. They communicated clearly and ensured all instructions and tour information was provided beforehand. This was a wonderful tour and our group thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
