Following your hotel pickup in Hervey Bay, you'll be taken to the Great Sandy Straits Marina to commence your journey to Fraser Island.
Enjoy morning tea onboard as you cruise across the ocean, passing small, uninhabited islands and tracing the coastline of the scenic Fraser Island. Watch for dolphins, turtles, and dugongs in the water, as well as seabirds in the sky.
Arrive directly onto Fraser Island via the boat's amphibious craft, designed to drive onto the beach, so you won't get your feet wet. Your tour of Fraser Island will unveil its wild and untouched side with a visit to Wathumba Creek. Here, you can kayak, swim, and snorkel with turtles in the crystal-clear waters, relax on the sand, or take a leisurely bushwalk.
Return to the boat for a delicious buffet lunch. As you cruise towards the picturesque Awinya or Bowarrady Creek, relax onboard. Enjoy the natural surroundings while engaging in paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, or other complimentary water sports. Make your way back to the marina in comfort, taking in the views from the deck or chatting with the crew while enjoying the fruit and antipasto platters served for afternoon tea. Snacks, drinks, and souvenirs are available for purchase during your return cruise to Hervey Bay.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour. I travelled with my husband and 2 daughters 6,8 and tasman really packed alot of things into this day tour. We did tube float by speed boat, , whale watching, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming and a hike up a sandune which was worth the effort for the view. Food was fresh and offered frequently and the staff were lovely and informative- especially BJ!
