Bad communication + Pick-up stress: definitely not recommended

Can't advice to book your trip with this company, unless you want to stress whether the bus will actually pick you up. The company communicates very poorly. They hardly respond on TripAdvisor. You have to be proactive on WhatsApp and only after going through their bot you are able to get the number of an operator. The stops the company makes along the way are at a place where the food is bad. The main bus is nice, but the smaller bus they run (we had this on our way back) is to cramped to sit comfortably in your chair as a man. As a positive: the guides on the bus are nice.

In case of no crowding on that comfortable red bus (those of the photos and advertisements) they, without even warning, look for you with an uncomfortable, tight bus, for you to face a journey of 8 hours (from your hotel to the final destination). Evaluate all available options to make the best decision possible

My experience was positive, from the moment I contacted the company for the hiring of the return and return transfer from Fortaleza to Jericoacoara. On the day of departure from Fortaleza the guide Allyson sent a message, 40 m before, confirming the place of boarding, arriving on time. Until Jijoca we went on a comfortable bus, the guide and driver (Sóstenes) very friendly and helpful. Allyson was ready to help and solve questions if we needed while we were in Jeri. We also made a buggy tour through the company with the punctuality and sympathy of the guide Neto. We were very pleased and recommend.
