Kindly ensure you catch the 9:00 AM Fullers ferry from Downtown Auckland to Waiheke Island. We will meet you upon your arrival at Matiatia Wharf, Waiheke Island, holding a signboard as you disembark. Please note that ferry tickets are not included in the tour price and must be purchased separately.
During weekends and the summer months, please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the ferry's departure time, as ferries can be very busy and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
The tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to any passengers who are intoxicated or exhibit signs of intoxication, for the safety of all guests. If your tour is canceled as a result, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are staying on the island, please meet our guide at the Matiatia Ferry Terminal at 9:45 AM, the tour's start time. Our guides will be waiting at the wharf to meet the incoming ferry, identifiable by their Ananda Tours jackets.
