Alejandra è fantastica!
haleycI9532CQ, settembre 2026

Thank you so much for visiting us and for leaving such a lovely review! We are delighted to hear that you and your boyfriend had so much fun during the tasting.
Alejandra is fantastic, and she will be thrilled to know she helped make your experience so special. We love sharing the history behind our craft and showing off the chocolate factory to our guests, so it is wonderful to know you enjoyed the learning process just as much as the rums!
Thank you for highly recommending us, and we hope to welcome you both back in the future.

Esperienza incredibile 👏🏼
Jasmine_M, settembre 2026

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed the rum tasting and that Alejandra and the team made the experience engaging, informative, and memorable. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Alejandra, she’ll truly appreciate them.
That said, we’re very sorry to hear that some members of your group experienced stomach issues after the experience. We take any health and safety concern extremely seriously. While we cannot confirm the cause, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will review our water, ice, and sanitation procedures with our team to make sure everything is being handled to the highest standards.
Thank you again for both your kind words about Alejandra and for bringing this concern to our attention. We’re grateful for the feedback and hope we can welcome you back for a smoother experience in the future.

Il MIGLIOR Gusto con Wendy
Kayla_S, giugno 2026

Kayla, our goal is for every visit to become a memorable experience in the heart of Getsemaní, and we're delighted to know Wendy helped make that happen for you.
Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. It’s wonderful to hear that Wendy adapted the experience in both English and Spanish, creating a comfortable space for you to enjoy the tour while practicing the language. The combination of rum, chocolate, local stories, and great conversation is exactly what we hope our guests take away from their time with us.
We're especially glad you had the opportunity to explore the diversity of our rums and learn more about their cultural significance. Having a quieter evening and a private setting certainly makes those moments even more special.
Thank you for spending part of your Cartagena experience with us. We hope to welcome you back the next time you're in the city perhaps for another tasting and a few more Spanish lessons along the way!
