The 3rd party texted us our information so that we didn’t have to stop at their location 2 hrs before the activity to redeem the voucher which was great. No problems at all with showing the texted information to get our tickets. Thankfully we were able to get on the bay cruise early and still do the Alcatraz activity as we were only in the city for the day.

We enjoyed the audio tour very much. I have a hard time walking and there were some people with kids that thought they had to ride the only tram so I just walked up the ramp and stopped 3 times to rest other than that we really did enjoy the tour
