We offer convenient pick-up services from your hotel or the cruise port before the tour begins. Ensure you provide your pick-up location details.
For morning tours, pick-up is scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:25 AM.
For afternoon tours, pick-up is scheduled between 1:00 PM and 1:25 PM.
Guests staying at AIRBNBs will need to arrange transportation to our main office at the Aruba Waterpark.
Cruise Port Pick-Up: The designated pick-up area is located outside the main port gate, to your right, in front of the Ocean Drive store.
We will wait until 8:50 AM for guests arriving on a late cruise ship.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
If your pick-up location hasn't been confirmed, please provide your ship name, docking time, disembarkation time, and departure time to the supplier as soon as possible to arrange logistics.
