Complimentary pick-up is offered for most major resorts, approximately 30 minutes prior to the tour start time.
CRUISE PASSENGERS Important notice:
- LOCAL TIME ALERT: Tour time is on island time! Local time may differ from ship time. To fully relish your shore experiences, sync your time devices!
- PICK-UP: We will pick you up 30-15 minutes before the tour starts. Meet us in front of the Citgo Gas station on your left as you exit gate #5.
If you are staying at an Airbnb or similar lodging, please contact us to determine if your accommodations qualify for complimentary pick-up.
Pick-up: Be ready 30 minutes before your tour starts in the main lobby of your selected hotel. Cruise guests should meet at the Citgo gas station parking lot across from the cruise terminal.
If you haven't chosen a pick-up location or selected 'Decide later'/'My hotel isn't listed,' please contact us at least 48 hours before your tour to confirm your pick-up via WhatsApp/Phone: +297 594 4400 or Email: arubaaribatours@gmail.com.
If we haven't heard from you, please meet us at our office, Schotlandstraat 46, Oranjestad, at least 15 minutes before your tour begins.
