Buggy tour

This is a great experience. You cannot get more value for the money than what we had next time I go to Dominican Republic. I will definitely do this $25. is not a lot of money for what we’ve had, the length of time you get for your money was insane, and the group was very professional

Unprofessional and not safe especially for female travellers
Ashley_M, September 2026
The tour owner did not communicate properly about the details of the tour They asked us to meet them half way which we had no issue doing but we were not granted with a drop off as promised by instead we were left on the side of the road after communicating back and forth the driver asked us to step off the vehicle and he drove off. We were two females left on the side of the road after dark with no remorse. I need back my money . We felt unsafe and feared for our safety and the rest of patrons got dropped off except us .
Response from the operator · Discover28798469137
Hi Ashley, we need to clarify several statements in your review because they do not reflect what actually happened. Your reservation was made at the last minute, and you provided a street address outside our regular pickup area, not a hotel pickup location. Despite this, we made an exception and arranged transportation for you. Before the tour, we clearly sent you the designated meeting point at L&R Comercial, including the location, and you agreed to meet there. You were picked up at that location, completed the tour, and were returned to the same agreed meeting point at approximately 5:00 PM. You were not abandoned on the side of the road, nor were you left there “after dark.” Our WhatsApp conversation documents the entire arrangement, including the meeting point and pickup time. We understand that you may have expected transportation directly to your Airbnb, but that was never the transportation arrangement confirmed with you. We believe it is important to clarify these facts so that other guests reading this review have an accurate understanding of what occurred.

Atv buggy experience
153ijeomaa, September 2026
The driver was late for pick up from the hotel and drop off back at the hotel was delayed by an hour . We just hung around waiting for the vehicle to take us back . The experience itself was not bad, it was pretty organized . Just the pick up and drop off that needs to be worked on.
Response from the operator · Discover28798469137
Thank you for your feedback! We are glad you found the buggy tour well-organized and had a good experience with us.Regarding the transportation, we always do our best to pick up every guest as early as possible. However, collecting many participants from different resorts and ensuring everyone arrives on time every day can be challenging due to external factors like traffic or delays at other hotel lobbies, which are out of our control. We truly appreciate your patience and look forward to welcoming you back for another great ride!

Tour without highlights
S9389CBjennyk, September 2026
No real highlights on this tour. More of a sales pitch, and our vehicle, an ATV, kept stalling. And I fell behind the others. There was a guide riding in front and a guide in the back. The guide in the back kept restarting my vehicle. When I asked him if we could swap vehicles, he said no. The vehicle I was riding was in really poor condition.
Response from the operator · Discover28798469137
