Guatemalan cuisine

Chef Dorian was an amazing host. I learned so much about the history of where the maya ingredients come from. Cooking along with him was fairly easy and the flavors were to die for.
By far one of the best things I’ve done in Antigua.

We had such an amazing experience at Cuscun! The cooking class was incredibly informative, fun, and interactive. We learned so much about the different Guatemalan dishes, the ingredients and traditions behind them, and got to make everything ourselves before enjoying and tasting all the delicious food at the end. It was such a great way to immerse ourselves in Guatemalan culture through food!
Heidi, Norma, Esteban, and Kevin were the most wonderful hosts and made the entire experience so welcoming, engaging, and memorable. You can really feel the passion and care they put into sharing their knowledge with everyone.
We would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Guatemala, and we would absolutely love to come back again! 🇬🇹❤️

Darrio (spelling may be incorrect) was absolutely amazing. Fun, funny, informative and overall knows what he’s doing. I love how interactive the class was and how open he was to women from the south who at times wanted a lil more flava lol. The company including the assistant was on point with every detail including picking you up so that everything was seamless. Food was tasty and I can’t wait to experience this again with my friends. I even met two more new friends from Florida. Love love love.
