We enjoyed this experience (especially my husband) but be aware it is a high-speed adventure and when windy extremely bumpy. We enjoyed stopping for a snack at a beautiful beach but I would have enjoyed a more leisurely trip where we could have stopped and seen more sites. My husband thought it was the best thing ever so it depends what you enjoy.

We were a family of six visiting Bora Bora and were staying at Le Bora Bora By Pearl, and our kids were SO excited about going jet skiing!
The day before our tour, the company contacted us to inform us about the weather conditions. They were very transparent and gave us the option to reschedule or cancel if we weren’t comfortable.
We knew the weather wasn’t going to be perfect, but our children really wanted to experience jet skiing, and since it was our last day in Bora Bora, we decided to go for it!
The team actually asked us several times if we were absolutely sure we wanted to participate. They made it very clear that conditions wouldn’t be as calm as usual, and we really appreciated their honesty.
And guess what? WE DON’T REGRET IT ONE BIT!
Yes, the water was a little choppy, but we knew exactly what to expect because the company had warned us in advance.
A HUGE thank you to Rua, our amazing guide! He took great care of our family throughout the entire experience. He was attentive, professional, and made sure we all felt safe, especially with our children.
Despite the less-than-perfect weather, we had an incredible time and made some wonderful family memories!
We truly appreciated the company’s communication, flexibility, and commitment to safety. They gave us every opportunity to change our plans, but we’re so glad we decided to go!

We had booked a jet ski tour during our stay in Bora Bora, and although we unfortunately never got to experience the activity, we still wanted to leave a 5-star review because of the outstanding customer service!
The day before our scheduled tour, the company contacted us with a friendly reminder and an update on the weather conditions. They explained that the tour would still go ahead, but that our comfort and safety were entirely our decision. They gave us three options: proceed with the tour, reschedule, or cancel for a full refund.
Since we still had three days left in Bora Bora, we asked if we could reschedule, and they were more than happy to accommodate us!
Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t looking much better on our new scheduled date. We reached out again to ask what our options were, and once again, they were incredibly flexible and understanding.
What we appreciated the most was their honesty. They openly told us that they didn’t expect the conditions to improve significantly and left the final decision entirely up to us. No pressure, no excuses, and absolutely no attempt to convince us to go just to make a sale.
It’s rare to find a company that genuinely puts its customers’ comfort, safety, and satisfaction before profit.
Even though we didn’t get to enjoy the jet ski tour this time, their professionalism, communication, honesty, and flexibility truly deserve five stars!

Overall great experience with a handful of flaws

Overall the experience was great despite it being extremely windy and overcast. In many other countries with winds at 25+ mph jet ski excursions are typically paused. But you either have to accept the conditions or cancel with no refund. This tour is built on fluff though. You only jet ski about 35-45 minutes. Majority of the time you're on an island. Also, there is really no stopping point to take photos or to take in the sites. You just basically rip to the island, get off, get back on and rip back to the shop. There were a handful of places you can stop and take some really good photos but you aren't afforded that opportunity because you're just smashing. We've ridden jet skis in over 20 bodies of water around the world and several other countries. I think maybe instead of doing a "tour" there should be an area to let riders have fun for 10-15 minutes and open it up like most other countries and islands offer. For the reasons listed above I give it 3 stars and I probably wouldn't do it again. I also don't have any to take away from our guide, he was awesome. Their system is just flawed.
