Our excursion offers an authentic Bora Bora lagoon safari designed for guests who value quality, ethics and small groups.
We operate with very limited numbers on board, visit multiple sites chosen daily based on conditions, and observe marine life in its natural environment without feeding or staging encounters.
Led by experienced local guides, our tours regularly encounter manta rays, eagle rays, turtles, dolphins, and vibrant coral gardens, while respecting French Polynesia's wildlife protection laws.
Every trip is different, personal and driven by nature - making it a genuine, responsible and unforgettable snorkeling experience.

This 3.5 hour tour by boat will take you to 3 or 4 separate snorkeling spots around the most beautiful lagoon in the world.
The itinerary of the tour is never fixed and depends on the conditions of the day.
We include a manta ray stop, a stop at the inner reef to see a natural coral garden abundant with life, an eagle ray stop and, if we have time, a fourth stop decided on the day taking into account conditions and things you may already have seen during your time here.
The animals are seen in their natural environment and we do not partake in feeding or visit any sites where animals are artificially attracted by feeding (most notably the site where you can be in very shallow water with blacktip reef sharks and stingrays).
Shark and ray feeding has been illegal in French Polynesia since October 2017, and we strictly respect both the law and ethical wildlife practices.
The beauty of Bora Bora provides the perfect backdrop to the tour and you can soak this in as we cruise from spot to spot.
We remain committed to small groups, responsible tourism, and respectful wildlife encounters, and we thank our many guests who choose us specifically for these values.

Clowning Around!

We enjoyed the small group size and we had plenty of time at the snorkeling sites. The coral garden and the clown fish site were beautiful!

Surreal experience

This was one of the best excursions we've ever done. We arrived at the dock by tender from our cruise ship and there was someone waiting at the tender port with their logo and our name. He promptly took us to our guide and boat. The directions provided were exactly as stated. We went to 4 different snorkeling locations. We saw many eagle rays, mantra rays, string rays and black tipped sharks. We also saw fish, sea clams and sea cucumbers and so much more as we swam and then drifted through a huge coral garden. Our guide was fantastic, providing information about the sea creatures we were seeing and was very helpful with snorkeling instruction. They had noodles if you wanted a bit of floatation support while in the water. He also provided bottled water and juice throughout the excursion. I would highly recommend this tour.

Excellent tour with a wonderful guide!

We loved our snorkeling trip and everything was as advertised, but even better! Some of the best snorkeling my husband and I have ever done! We loved all of the rays, and especially the coral garden!

An unforgettable experience

A great experience. H2o is the agency you need to visit the beauties of the Bora Bora lagoon. It was windy on the day of our excursion, and the guide kindly offered us the option of doing the tour or not. We went for it and, following the cancellation of the other passengers, it was just the two of us for this experience. Our guide Wilson was very professional, he told us how the rays fed, hunted, etc. A good opportunity to learn more about the animals in the region. We were able to see stingrays, leopard rays, and a pretty coral garden. In short, there are many providers, but H2O is clearly the one you should choose for your stay.
