Cappadocia
The Cappadocia region in Turkey offers an ideal setting for a hot-air balloon excursion. Following a complimentary pickup from your hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan, you'll enjoy scenic views of the Turkish countryside en route to the balloon office. Here, a light breakfast featuring fruit, sandwiches, and a selection of hot and cold beverages awaits you. Proceed to the nearby launch site and observe the inflation of your 100-foot (30-meter) tall hot-air balloon before boarding the basket with your experienced pilot. Prepare for liftoff! As you drift through the valleys of Cappadocia, take a closer look at the distinctive rock formations. Your pilot will share fascinating insights into the region's history and geology. Marvel at the rock-carved churches and dwellings as the balloon ascends to approximately 1,000 feet (300 meters). You will be presented with a Royal Medal upon completion of your flight. The Royal Queen basket accommodates a maximum of 24 people, while the Royal King basket is designed for a maximum of 12 people.

World-class piloting and flawless hospitality – Pilot Kemal Söyler and Royal Balloon are top-tier
jeremyr248, October 2026
A Cappadocia balloon flight is already a bucket-list item, but pilot Kemal Söyler took the experience to another level. His technical expertise was evident from the moment the burners fired up. What stood out most was how generous Kemal was with information, explaining wind layers, altitude control, and flight mechanics, while effortlessly highlighting Cappadocia’s iconic rock formations as we navigated through the valleys. Royal Balloon’s ground operations were just as polished: prompt hotel pickup, a great pre-flight breakfast setup, and an exceptionally smooth landing. If you want peace of mind, fascinating insights, and world-class flying, request Kemal Söyler at Royal Balloon. Highly recommended!

Royal Balloons 5 Stars all the way
J6659MMdarrenm, October 2026
Wow. This is the experience of a lifetime. Do not miss this if you are in Turkey. Royal Balloons had the reputation and delivered a 5 star package. Pick up from hotel on time, breakfast included, great captain, state of the art equipment with give away such as caps, champagne on landing and even a medal for completion. Due to weather the balloons were grounded on the day we paid for but Royal Balloons stayed in daily contact to get us on this trip. Again 5 star
