Just landed in Prague? We've got your first evening covered. This isn't a typical food tour.
Four Czech-owned spots in Old Town, zero tourist traps, and portions generous enough that you'll leave fully fed.
We've handpicked every stop: the unique beer hall locals actually drink at, the family-run restaurant with no English menu, the bistro that's been here forever.
You'll taste beef with dumplings, delicious goulash, Czech beer or wine, and desserts you won't find at the tourist market stalls.
But honestly? The food is only half of it. You'll also get the crash course in how Prague works — where to eat tomorrow, what to skip, which neighborhoods matter, how to order beer without looking like a tourist.
We keep groups small so it feels like dinner with locals, not a crowd following a flag.
Want it private? We do that too — same spots, your own guide, your own pace.
By the end of the night, you'll know the city well enough to explore confidently the next day. Which is exactly the point.
✓ Your local Prague guide who knows the city inside out.✓ Four Czech-owned spots in Old Town, zero tourist traps. Generous portions at every stop — DO NOT make dinner reservations after this tour. You've been warned.✓ PRIVATE TOUR OPTION: Hotel pick-up included. Same spots, your own guide.✓ Four drinks: beer, wine, or soft drinks. Best beer in the world, excellent wines and maybe a surprise or two.✓ Coffee and the best ice cream in town. Locally roasted specialty coffee at the end of the tour. And ice cream that'll make the kids (and let's be honest, you too) very happy.✕ Tips and gratuities for your guideItinerary
We will meet at the entrance of the Municipal House. This Art Nouveau building was opened in 1912 and deemed a building “built by Czechs, for Czechs”. It houses the famous Smetana Concert Hall as well as a number of wonderful restaurants and wine bars. Most importantly it was the location of Czechoslovakia’s declaration of Independence.
Mobile or paper ticket accepted. One per booking
Meet your guide in front of the main entrance to the MUNICIPAL HOUSE (OBECNÍ DŮM) at Namesti Republiky 3/4 – across the street from Hybernia Theatre, right under the huge balcony. They'll have a "PRAGUE CITY ADVENTURES" sign.

We had a blast!
iliri2021, October 2026
We had a blast! We were 7 colleagues in Prague for meetings. Our guide, Nikola, was very including and social. Spending time with her felt more like an exchange rather then a classic tour, even though she'd always through in a bit of history and story-telling and then turn around and ask everyone around the same topic. Very well-balanced. Food-choices where amazing, same as drinks. Prague is a lovely place.

First day of trip was the best time to go !
mikedE448FN, October 2026
First day in Prague and this food tour was just we needed. We particularly loved the svickova with its unique sweet gravy. Jakub was personable and informative and shared stories of the traditional meals shared with his grandparents that personalized our experience. Our group size was ideal and allowed time to ask questions and share food memories and information. While priced higher than other food tours we have taken, it was understandable given quality and type of meals provided.

A really fun evening

Wonderful tour! The food was authentic, delicious, and plentiful (no need to eat before or after!). Our guide, Jakub, was warm, friendly, engaging, and told us about the history of the places and foods, with little tidbits of information that we wouldn’t get anywhere else. Highly recommend.

This was such a great tour. Jakub was our guide, and he was fantastic - he really personalized the tour, and told us little tidbits that we wouldn’t have gotten elsewhere. This is a full meal’s worth of delicious food - no need to eat before or after.
