Excellent tour of Prague castle
Mackenzie_C, October 2026
This is an excellent way to tour Prague castle! It’s such a large area and we would’ve been lost without a guide. We also learned so much more than we would’ve on our own! It’s a nice slow pace for about 2 hours until we leave the guide at golden lane. I recommend planning to spend extra time on the grounds after the tour as you aren’t required to leave at any certain time. If you walk the south gardens, you get arguably a better view of the city than the top of old town tower.

Refund impossible
DianeSiegel, October 2026
We were unable to get to the venue due to problem with tram transportation. We arrived 30 minutes late. The Viator phone number did not connect with anyone who could help. When we arrived at Prague Castle there was no representative available to help us find the tour in progress. We missed out completely. There doesn't seem to be any way to request a refund because it was less than 24 hr notice. AARGH! There went $108 for nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
