Our cooking class will guide you through making the authentic Greek Moussaka dish and Spanakopita pie, by teaching you how to prepare your own phyllo pastry.
We will prepare two classic traditional pies: Spinach pie and Milk pie. Alongside homemade pies, we will craft a Greek island-inspired salad with cherry tomatoes, flavored with aged local vinegar, and a Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce.
Our kitchen is conveniently located just a few steps from Monastiraki square, in the vibrant Psirri neighborhood. I will be waiting for you there, on the rooftop terrace offering Acropolis views.
We'll begin with preparations and a chat to break the ice and discuss Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Afterward, I will introduce you to the ingredients we will be using.
Then, the cooking class will commence!
Once we've finished cooking, we will gather to eat and savor our creations together. Enjoy spectacular views of the Acropolis monuments and the Parthenon temple illuminated at night, along with the lively center of Athens overlooking the dome of Aghios Dimitrios church.
Please note that we do not offer a gluten-free option.
Vegetarians are warmly welcomed!

Fun evening with an incredible menu. We all had a great time learning how to make some delicious dishes. If anything, it was too much food, but very delicious.
